every morning when I open my eyes, I experience sensory input and output. Light, temperature, sensation, breath, sound of the alarm, thoughts, memories...all come slowly flooding in. And that's not to say that my dreams don't seem as real at the time, there just seems to be something missing there, something I can't easily put my finger on...
Biophysics and Oriental Medicine
They both could be called the science of life, and of living systems. They both deal with the microcosm within the macrocosm. They both look at the whole, living system rather than just reductionistic pieces. Good stuff.
